Longtime teachers honored at retirement

5.50%* open house hosted by the school's Parent Teacher Organization June 7. At the event, the retiring teachers received Citations for Service from the commonwealth of Massachusetts House of Representatives and State Senate for their years of service.
Smith has been an educator in the Shrewsbury Public Schools for 22 years, and Ballard and Hickey have each been teaching in Shrewsbury for 34 years.
