House available for low- to moderateincome family

Hudson – The town has an affordable home available for purchase at 6 Blue Berry Lane for families of low- to moderate-income levels. The home is available through the Local Imitative Program that is run by the state's Department of Housing and Community Development.

The house, priced at $258,400, is available for candidates with the maximum income level of $66,150 for a family of four. Interested candidates must submit applications and supporting materials to Town Planner Jennifer Burke at the Town Hall by Oct. 1.
