Residents enjoy outdoor Summer Concert Series

Northborough – Residents of all ages gathered Aug. 23 to enjoy the music of "Chicken Slacks" at the Summer Concert Series at Ellsworth- McAfee Park. According to Virginia Simms George, who chairs the Northborough Community Aff airs Committee, the concert was the fourth of the 2007 concert series presented by that committee. The series was sponsored by a cultural grant from the Northborough Cultural Council, as well as contributions from Brendan Properties, Lexus of Northborough and the Northborough Newcomers' Club.
