Westborough – (l to r) Ray Berube of Westborough visits with Lorraine Seymourian, author of "Sexy Food for Seniors," at Tatnuck Bookseller in Westborough earlier this fall. Seymourian wrote the book to spur people of all ages to be adventurous. (Please note that she defines "sexy" as "appealing.")

"The book is an easy, light and fun read. It includes 'New Yorker' cartoons, recipes, quotes from famous people and advice for entertaining," Seymourian said. "The book is positive, funny and entertaining, and the reader will never say 'I've read this before.'"
