Cultural councils award grants to local community chorus

Region - The Northborough Area Community Chorus (NACC) was recently awarded grants for 2008 by the Northborough, Southborough, Shrewsbury and Marlborough cultural councils, local agencies that are supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.

The NACC's 36th Annual Spring Concert is scheduled for Sunday May 4 at Algonquin Regional High School. The chorus, under the direction of Anthony Volpe, is currently accepting new members. For more information, call 508-393-8943.
