Floral Street School to celebrate cultural diversity

Shrewsbury – Each year, families at Floral Street School participate in an evening of sharing and celebrating their rich and diverse cultural community. This includes cultures from America and from around the world. This year's event will be Thursday March 20, and the focus of the celebration will be on the arts of the world and what can be learned about other cultures through the arts.

The Art Department at Floral Street School is currently looking for participants to share and explain a cultural art experience. Any adult or child interested in sharing an element of their culture, such as a song, dance, way of dress, visual art or poetry, can contact Robert Wilson, Floral Street art teacher, at rrwilson@. k12.ma.us.
