Westborough Public Library goes wireless

Westborough - The Westborough Public Library is now wireless. Library visitors with a laptop and a wireless network card can access both the Internet and all digital library resources.

This is good news for visitors with and without wireless-enabled devices. WiFiusers can now employ their own laptops to tap into online resources without having to wait in line for a computer terminal. This frees up more space on public computers for patrons without their own wireless devices. Access to the Internet and the library's online catalog is available throughout the building, including in the Meeting Room, Reading Room and Children's Room or at a study carrel.

The cost was funded through the Westborough Public Library Trust funds. For more information, call the reference department at 508-366-3050.
