An artist in the making


Westborough – Westborough resident Emilie Campanelli, 15, was recently named winner of the top Stubblebine Award from the Music Worcester Young Artist Competition, winning for the second year in a row.

Emilie started violin lessons at age 6. She is in her ninth year of violin studies, currently under the tutelage of Magdalena Richter at Rivers School Conservatory in Weston. Emilie is also a member of the Boston Youth Symphony, conducted by Federico Cortese.
