Charitable foundation donates to Northborough Free Library


Northborough – Joseph MacDonough, executive vice president of Avidia Bank, presents Northborough Library Director Jean Langley with a donation from the Avidia Charitable Foundation. The foundation recently made its third installment of a three-year grant of $5,000 to the Northborough Free Library as part of the library's expansion and renovation project.

The library serves people of all ages with a selection of printed and recorded materials, information services and recreational and educational activities. Avidia Bank is a mutual community bank with branches in Hudson, Westborough, Clinton, Leominster, Marlborough, Northborough and Shrewsbury.
