Players’ Club holds auditions for ‘Anne of Green Gables’

Westborough – The Westborough Players' Club (WPC) will hold auditions for its children's musical theater production "Anne of Green Gables" Friday Sept. 5 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday Sept. 6 from noon to 4 p.m. Auditions will be held at the Westborough Players' Club headquarters on Phillips Street, Westborough. (Phillips Street is off Route 135, near downtown Westborough).

The production is being directed by Harriet Friedman; the music director is Jeff Kimball. There are a variety of roles for young actors ages 8 through 15. For character descriptions, visit the WPC website at www.westboroughplayers. com.

Rehearsals will be held Tuesday and Friday evenings from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday afternoons from 1 to 5 p.m. Performance dates are the weekend of Nov. 21, 22 and 23. For more information, call 508-842-5593.
