Splitting the defense

Marlborough won the game, 6-0, in large part to the efforts of Bonicantro, who scored three goals and assisted on another. Also scoring for the Panthers in the game were Guilherme Chaves, Paco Ceja and Alex Kunycky. Defensively Sean Scanlon helped carry the play in front of Marlborough goaltender Gilberto Albarenga, who posted the shutout in net.

Marlborough improved to 3-1-1 with the victory, while Quabbin dropped to 1-1-1 with the loss.
