Christopher D. Kendall, 55

Southborough – Christopher D. Kendall, 55, died at his home Saturday Nov. 15, 2008, surrounded by family, after a long illness. He was the husband of Lynann (Graves) Kendall for the past 18 years.

Born in Dayton, Ky., he was the son of Mary (Whitney) Tremper and the late Dale Kendall.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his children, Kathryn, Sara and Samuel Kendall; his siblings, Linda Neal, Artie Kendall and Eve Kendall; his in-laws, William and Margaret Stoddard; Victor Graves; his brotherin law, Michael Graves and his family; and many loyal friends.

Mr. Kendall was a U.S. Navy veteran and held a master's degree in Computer Science. For many years he lived in California before moving to Southborough, his wife's hometown. He taught at Heald Technical College of San Francisco and worked in the electronics industry, most recently at Apple Inc.

He enjoyed music, movies, the outdoors and was a loyal Red Sox fan. However, his greatest joy was spending time with his family.

Funeral services were held Nov. 21 from the Morris Funeral Home of Southborough. Expressions of sympathy may be sent in his memory to UMass Memorial Hospice, 650 Lincoln St., Worcester, MA 01605.
