Another successful ‘Evening of Giving’

Marlborough – Michelle Young of Dino's Trattoria serves Ellen Ware and Tara Holmes of Hearthstone Alzheimer Care at New Horizons at the 19th annual "Evening of Giving," held Nov. 20 at Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel. More than 30 area restaurants donated food for the event.

Proceeds go to Roland's House, formerly known as Marlborough-Hudson Homeless Shelter, a temporary emergency shelter that houses 18 men and women. Supporters were encouraged to donate toiletries for the shelter, which were collected at the hotel entrance by members of Marlborough Girl Scouts Troop 2859.
