The Halfway Cafà raises $5,597 for charities

The Halfway Café raises $5,597 for charities The Halfway Café in Marlborough hosted its annual Christmas Party and Charity Auction Dec. 8, 2008. Over the past 18 years, The Halfway Café has raised over $300,000 that has been donated to neighborhood food pantries, homeless shelters, and many other local charities within the communities of each individual Halfway Café location. Between all six locations this year, The Halfway Café collectively raised over $17,500 for charities in each respective area. Many people from Marlborough and surrounding towns enjoyed dinner, entertainment, and live and silent auctions, which included authentic autographed photos from many of Boston's major sports teams, among many other great items. All proceeds from this year's event will benefit Roland's House and the Marlborough Food Pantry.

The Halfway Café's recently celebrated the holiday season while raising funds for local charities.
