Marlborough Hospital expands availability of financial counseling staff

Marlborough Hospital has expanded the availability of the financial counselors at the hospital to assist Massachusetts residents and patients with insurance questions, paperwork and filing for benefits. The hospital now has staff on hand Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The services are confidential and free of charge. Appointments are encouraged; however, walk-ins are more than welcome. The Marlborough Hospital Financial Counseling Office can be reached by telephone or by e-mailing mhneedinsurance@ ummhc.org.
