Veterans thank community for generosity

To city of Marlborough residents,

On behalf of our injured servicemen and servicewomen, Chapter 82 of the Disabled American Veterans wishes to express our sincere thanks for your generosity during our 2008 Forget-Me-Not Drive. Even in these difficult financial times your donations and the kindness of area businesses to use their commercial space for our volunteers and ladies auxiliary to solicit funds is truly appreciated. In closing, many thanks to CVS, St. Mary's Credit Union, Price Chopper and the many others who have made our annual drive a success since 1947 when our chapter was founded. Yours truly, John Manning Commander John Harrington Chaplain Chapter 82 Marlborough
