Transportation without taxation?

Westborough – The Westborough Police Department has decided to crack down on residents who have moved to town, but have kept their vehicles registered out-of-state. Recent patrols through parking lots of high-density housing areas have turned up hundreds of non-Massachusetts plates on consecutive nights.

Police Chief Alan Gordon would like the town to benefit from the excise taxes that these residents should be paying and is asking people to call his department to report neighbors with out-of-state plates.
