Westborough employee receives Daffodil Days award

Westborough – Westborough employee Gregory Boyce II, of National Grid Corporation, recently received the "New Kid on the Block" award in recognition for his work with the American Cancer Society Daff odil Days campaign. The award is presented to a firstyear Daff odil Days coordinator with the highest sales.
This year, Boyce managed daff odil sales for the company's four locations and generated $2,550 for the campaign, which raised a total of $1.4 million in Massachusetts through the sale of nearly 84,000 daff odils. All funds raised help save lives by helping people stay well and get well, by finding cures, and by fighting back against cancer.
