Summer sizzles for Corridor Nine members

Region – On July 23, Corridor Nine Chamber of Commerce held its Seventh Annual Summer Sizzle and 180 businesspeople became friendly competitors as they enjoyed networking and teambuilding challenges over a delicious barbecue.

Kevin O'Connell, general manager, and Bob Rojee, vice president of business development, both of TeamWorks in Northborough, hosted the summer event, which included volleyball, dodge ball, and a 40-foot long inflatable obstacle course.

Corridor Nine's Vice President Karen Chapman is the lead organizer of all Corridor Nine events.

"TeamWorks does a great job organizing our summer event," Chapman said. "They really know how to build camaraderie and collaboration among our members. Our members are incredibly competitive and watching the team captains drive
