Marion L. Davis

Marlborough – Marion L. Davis, 84, died Wednesday Jan. 20, 2010, at Marlborough Hills Healthcare Center after an illness. She is survived by her two cousins, Priscilla Knapp and Paul Davis.

Born in Marlborough, daughter of the late Cliff ord P. and Emma B. (Bulmer) Davis, she was a lifelong resident of Marlborough. She was a graduate of Marlborough High School and later attended the Mary Brooks School in Boston and became a medical lab technician, which she did for many years. Later on, she went into retailing and worked at Jordan Marsh until her retirement.

A graveside service will be held at the family lot in Maplewood Cemetery in Marlborough at a later date. The John P. Rowe Funeral Home of Marlborough is directing arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to the First Church Congregational of Marlborough, 37 High St., Marlborough, MA 01752.
