An early morning workout

Hudson – Jen Blair and Kristen Fahey run sprints during the adult Boot Camp currently being offered by the Hudson Division of Recreation at Morgan Bowl in Riverside Park. The 10-week course started April 12 and continues Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 a.m. through June 16. The one-hour class uses strength, agility and endurance exercises to challenge all of the major muscle groups. Instructors Angela Doherty and Karen Scafdi draw from more than 30 years of combined experience in the fitness industry.
