Players support Montalbano

Shrewsbury – St. John’s High School’s #5 (r) Grant Zawadzki starts the double play with Westborough High School’s #6 (left) Tom Power. The contest was held May 15 at St. John’s Pioneer Field. Westborough managed to come up with the 5 to 4 win. Both teams participated in the dedication of a memorial plaque to Greg Montalbano, a Westborough native and award-winning pitcher. The St. John’s players also paid tribute to Montalbano by wearing his name on the back of their jerseys.
