    The Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) recently gave preliminary approval to Spring Street School’s participation in its Green Repair Program. The Shrewsbury School Committee had recently filed a Statement of Interest with the MSBA requesting to be part of the program, which allows schools funding for certain repairs to their roofs, windows and boilers.
