Rebecca A. Bibart, 41

Westborough – Rebecca A. Bibart, 41, died Thursday Nov. 18, 2010.

    Born in Greenville, Penn., the daughter of James and Onnalee (Moreland) Patterson, she was a 1987 graduate of Greenville High School and a graduate of Wittenberg College in Ohio.

    She taught English at El Camino High School in San Francisco, Calif. and at Quakertown High School and Sauderton High School both in Pennsylvania. Locally, she was a yoga instructor at the Westborough Tennis and Swim Club and served as an assistant at the Westborough Public Library. She was an avid reader, enjoyed the outdoors and was dedicated to her children.

    In addition to her parents, she is survived by her two children, Joseph and Meghan Bibart; two brothers, James Patterson of Sharon, Penn. and William Patterson of Greenville, Penn.; one sister, Kathleen Zakelj of Stow, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews.

    A private family service has been held. Donations in her memory may be made to the Joseph and Meghan Bibart Education Fund, c/o Shenango Valley Foundation, 33 Chestnut St., Sharon, PA 16146. The Rand-Harper-Pickering Westborough Funeral Home of Westborough assisted the family.
