Doubling the fun at outdoor ice rink

Southborough – Isabella and Camilla Ferencz, 7-year-old twin sisters and first-graders at the Mary Finn School, enjoy skating together during the Dec. 28 opening of the outdoor ice rink at its new location in front of Woodward Elementary School. Last year the rink was donated by the nonprofit organization Friends of Southborough Recreation and set up at Fayville Park. The switch to the new location offers a larger parking area. The rink’s opening depends on weather conditions, so updated schedules will be posted at www.southboroughrecreation.com.
