EDITORIAL: Will Vigeant be in the Marlborough mayor’s race this year?

Marlborough – After 18 years on the Marlborough City Council, seven of those as president, is Arthur Vigeant now considering a run to become the city’s next mayor? Vigeant has indicated that he is indeed thinking of it, but with papers not officially available until April and the preliminary election not occurring until October, there is still a great deal of time for him to make up his mind.
