Signs, signs, (no longer) everywhere are signs

Region – Several towns, including Westborough and Shrewsbury, have recently passed changes to bylaws pertaining to how businesses or organizations may display outdoor signs advertising their wares. While some claim the measures are

anti-business and unfair to nonprofit groups, officials in the towns insist this is not the case. Rather, they say it is an attempt to control the sensory overload (and dangerous conditions) that can sometimes occur when guidelines are not enforced.
