Worcester: Habitat for Humanity Info Sessions

Volunteer Information Sessions (VIS) are held the first Monday of each month, starting at 7 p.m., at First Baptist Church, 111 Park St., Worcester. These sessions introduce new volunteers to Habitat for Humanity-MetroWest/Greater Worcester’s mission and work in the community. Run by the Volunteer & Construction Coordinator AmeriCorps*VISTA, these sessions help new volunteers discover how their unique skills can be utilized to carry out the work of HFH-MW/GW beyond the hammers and nails. Information about volunteer opportunities is reviewed, and the session concludes with a question-and-answer period. Those interested in learning more about volunteering with Habitat for Humanity are encouraged to attend a session.
