Shrewsbury trash pick-up delayed this week

Shrewsbury – Due to the winter storm of October 29 and 30, trash pick-up scheduled for the week of October 31 to November 4 has been delayed by one day.  This means that Monday’s pick-up will take place on Tuesday, Tuesday’s on Wednesday, Wednesday’s on Thursday, Thursday’s on Friday and Friday’s on Saturday.

The yard waste curbside pick-up scheduled for October 31 to November 4 has been delayed by one week and will now take place on November 7 to November 12.  The curbside pick-ups scheduled for November 14 – 18 and November 28 – December 2 will remain as scheduled.

Yard waste must be in the 30 gallon paper bags and lined up at the curb by 7 a.m. Brush will be picked up if it is no larger than three inches in diameter, cut into four foot lengths, and securely tied into bundles.
