Grafton – Rebecca Rogers, 9, of South Grafton, is the Grand Prize Winner in the recent Grafton Historical Society Raffle. The prize, a hand-quilted wall hanging patterned after the 275th Anniversary quilt, was awarded Dec. 11. The quilt was presented to Rogers by Rachel Costello, vice president of the Historical Society.
