Hudson FUMC to hold Electronics and Appliance Recycle DayHudson – Residents of Hudson and surrounding communities are invited to take advantage of the Electronics and Appliance Recycle Day where, for a fee, you can safely and responsibly get rid of your unwanted electronics and appliances. The recycling event will be held Saturday, March 10, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church of Hudson.

Electronics such as monitors, computers, stereos, DVDs, scanners, copiers, etc. will be accepted for $5 per item; appliances such as dishwashers, dryers, stoves, microwaves,

dehumidifiers, refrigerators, air conditioners, exercise equipment, lawn mowers, small engine items, snow blowers, etc. for $10 per item; TVs less than 19 inches will be accepted for $12 each; TVs greater than 19 inches can be disposed of for $15 per TV; and console and wood TVs will be $20 per item. Car batteries will be accepted for $20 per battery. Also, if you have an old or new adult bicycle you longer want, please consider donating it during the event for re-use.
