Marlborough – The city’s annual “Project Clean Sweep” took place April 28. Volunteers met at the Department of Public Works, at 135 Neil St., to receive work assignments, supplies and “Project Clean Sweep” T-shirts, and then headed out to clear trash and debris from visible spots around the city.
