Hudson comes out on top
Hudson – Hudson High School (HHS) center fielder Christy McGraw (left) is about to be thrown out at the plate while attempting to score from third. The ball arrived ahead of her into the glove of Marlborough High School’s (MHS) Jessica Acosta.
Hudson hosted Marlborough for an evening softball game April 27. Scoreless for three innings, MHS scored first in the top of the fourth. HHS evened it up in the bottom of the fifth. Hudson went on to win 2-1 in the bottom of the seventh, with an RBI from Kara Knights, who drove in Jill Cedrone.
