Northborough Lions donate to food pantry

Northborough – Sarah Rothery and Ann Taggart, co-directors of the Northborough Food Pantry, receive a $2,500 donation from President of the Northborough Lions Club Ron Aspero. The Food Pantry is one of several local charitable organizations the Lions donate to annually. The pantry, located in the basement of the Northborough Town Hall, has seen a steady increase in the number of people seeking services in the last year. Currently, 70 families are receiving food and services from the pantry, according to Taggart.
