Shrewsbury – Stephanie Franklin and her daughter, Jessica, 5, arrange flowers while attending a May Basket Workshop held May 1 at the Shrewsbury Public Library. Professional florist Joan Moreschi instructed the workshop with supplies provided by the Shrewsbury Garden Club.
