Drumming up family fun

Shrewsbury – The Saucier family – (l to r) Wesley, 4, Frank, Karen and Calvin, 2 – keep the beat at the Drumming Circle offered May 25 by Shrewsbury Arts Alive (SAA) at the First Congregational Church. SAA is a new service of Pakachoag Music School of Greater Worcester. Led by Nan Kaipainen Gibbons, the family-friendly activity has been meeting monthly since February. Before breaking for summer, it will meet Friday, June 15, 6 to 8 p.m. The cost is $5 per drummer or $12 for a family. For information, contact Christina: 774-614-9620 or cwpakmusic@earthlink.net.
