Pedaling with a purpose

Westborough – Over 200 young bicyclists start the fourth annual Westborough Pan-Massachusetts Challenge Kids Ride, held June 3 at Westborough High School. Bicyclists ages 7 to 13 rode a loop on sidewalks around the school, while children ages 3 to 6 rode tricycles a shorter loop around the parking lot. The event is held in honor of the continued good health of Kayleigh McCabe, 8, of Westborough, who receives follow-up care at Dana-Farber’s Jimmy Fund Clinic. Proceeds go to cancer research and the Jimmy Fund.
