Breakneck Hill conservation land offers pleasant walk, beautiful views

By Tracy Nickerson, Community Advocate Staff

Southborough – Attention walkers: if you haven’t already heard about and visited the Breakneck Hill conservation land then you don’t know what you’re missing. Located on Breakneck Hill Road in Southborough, the parcel of land is particularly well-known for the Belted Galloway cows that graze there during spring through autumn. But, it also has walking paths with very lovely views – just right for a morning or afternoon walk to enjoy the sound of nature.

There is limited parking available, and leashed dogs are welcome as long as owners clean up after them and keep control of them. Take note that there is electrified fencing surrounding the cows’ grazing area, so children and pets need to be kept on eye on. PHOTOS/Tracy Nickerson

  1. Walkers should note that the terrain around Breakneck HILL is quite hilly. :-)
