Westborough – Paul E. Rockwood, 79, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2012 at the UMass Memorial Healthcare-University Hospital, Worcester after being stricken ill.

Born in Everett, he was the son of the late Cecil and Adeline (Higgins) Rockwood. He had been a resident of Westborough for the past five years, previously living in the Everett area.

His funeral service will be held Tuesday, Aug. 21, at 1 p.m., in the Rand-Harper-Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St., Westborough. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
