Beaton hosts first Charity Golf Tournament

Region  - State Rep. Matt Beaton, R-Shrewsbury, presents a check to Wendy Mickel of the Westborough Food Pantry. Checks were also given to JoAnn Keegan of St. Ann’s Human Services in Shrewsbury, and Jeffrey Chin of Shrewsbury Youth and Family Services. Each charity received $11,500.

One hundred and forty golfers played in Beaton’s first Charity Classic Golf Tournament Aug. 20 at Mount Pleasant Country Club in Boylston.
