I'm so glad the National Federation of Independent Business reviews the legislation and analyzes it to such a degree. Their keen eye looking at every detail in the legislation is important, and their report on exactly what this legislation entails is very revealing. This is public record as well.

This is horrific legislation that puts women owned daycares out of business. It hurts mothers like me, and we are many, who rely on trustworthy local daycares we can go to, the small mom-owned businesses. Dykema voted for unionization because her friends in the BIG LABOR UNION SPECIAL INTERESTS are what matter to her. She is beholden to them and marches in lock-step with them. This unionization raises their costs which are passed on to us, and even worse will cause them to close down.

She votes as a lock step liberal Democrat. That's what she is. Actions speak louder than words.

This is yet another example of how she votes with the Speaker 98% of the time in 2011 and 95% of the time here in 2012. Yet more proof of how far left wing she is and out of step with the district and constituents. She's part of the problem on Beacon Hill. It's time for her to go.

Only one of Gina's sentences could actually be true, the first one.

The new law does not force anyone to do anything. It gives a subset of in-home daycares the choice to unionize. Or not, as they choose.

Only daycares that take state vouchers because they serve the working poor are eligible. The intent is to advance early childhood education in a population that needs it.

This bill will not affect the price you pay for daycare, whether you're using a voucher or not.

Take a look at Carolyn's campaign finance reports, and you'll see contributions from ordinary citizens.

I'll be generous and call the things Gina got wrong, errors, not intentional falsehoods.

Rep. Dykema is one of the best, a good friend and neighbor, and we should keep her in office representing us.

I like Marty Lamb and will vote for him as my State Representative. I was appalled to see Carolyn Dykema vote on Beacon Hill for the bill forcing hundreds of women-owned home based day care centers to be unionized. This will raise the cost of child care, and put local trusting daycares out of our reach. Clearly, the Dykema campaign is only interested in special interest money, not our interests as citizen constituents.
