Celebrating Grandparents Day in Northborough

Northborough – (front, center) Helen Petino, 100, is joined by (back, l to r) her granddaughter, Sara Larson, her daughter, Lynne Johnson, and (front, l to r) her great-granddaughters, Camille, 7, and Norah, 5, at a Grandparents Day Brunch held Sept. 9 at Whitney Place Assisted Living Residences at Northborough. Proceeds will go to the Alzheimer’s Association Worcester County Walk to End Alzheimer’s, to be held Sunday, Sept. 30 at Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester. The brunch was one of several activities held to observe National Assisted Living Week.
