Westborough woman treated for alleged assault

Westborough – Police Chief Alan Gordon released this statement this afternoon:

On 9/27/12 at approximately 9:00 PM, the Westborough Police Department received a call from a local hospital reporting that a female was being treated for a reported sexual assault. The victim and the alleged suspect were acquaintenances. The incident is being investigated by Det. Steven Tompkins and Off. LeeAnne Baker.
