Which part? You can swing a dead cat in Southboro without hitting yet another million dollar house or renovation, and that’s if you were able to navigate the center of Northboro’s construction boondoggle. If I don’t see another flourescent orange barrell or cone it won’t be soon enough. Obama has been the construction president.
