That’s because Massachusetts doesn’t comply with the Adam Walsh Act, posting Level 2 and 3 Sex offenders online. Massachusetts only posts level 3′s…. Looks like the offender that “was less likely to re-offend”, re-offended!! Almost all of them re-offend.. As Massachustts continues to leave their children to the wolves..
