Prudential Prime Properties welcomes manager Jim Holbrook

Westborough – Nancy Quinn, President of Prudential Prime Properties, Main Street, Maynard, has announced that Jim Holbrook has joined her office as the manager of the Westborough and Marlborough regional offices. Holbrook, a graduate of Worcester State University, was previously associated with Coldwell Banker Northborough.

“We are very excited to be adding another Manager of Jim’s caliber to our offices,” said Quinn. “Jim is a 13-year industry veteran and was a member of the Coldwell Banker Presidents Council Club for Top Producers.”

Holbrook, a lifetime Bolton resident, is a member of the Greater Worcester Association of REALTORS, and expressed his eagerness in joining the most recognized name in real estate.

“Jim is extremely agent and customer-service oriented, and his track record of accomplishments, in his prior business endeavors is highly applicable to this profession.”
