Wilmington, N.C. – Michelle Caranci, 51, of Wilmington, N.C., formerly of Marlborough, died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012 after a lengthy battle with cancer.
The daughter of the late Michael and Lorraine (Gaillardet) Caranci, Michelle was a graduate of Marlborough High School and had been employed at a day care center, prior to her illness.
She is survived by her children, Chrystal Price, Corey Caranci and Zachary Bisson, all of Wilmington, N.C., Tyler Gibb of Worcester, and Brianna Lurz of Hudson; her grandchildren, Hunter, Shawn and Peyton Price; and her siblings, Robert Caranci of Southbridge, Danine Guimond of Berlin and John Caranci of Storrs, CT and their families, as well as many cousins and friends.
A memorial celebration, in remembrance of Michelle and her mother, Lorraine Caranci, who died Oct. 14, will be held Saturday, Nov. 3, at 2 p.m., at the Greater Grace Christian Fellowship, 187 Pleasant St., Marlborough.
