Knights of Columbus hold ‘Guess the Pumpkin’s Weight’ contest

 Southborough – Matt Petry (right), the winner of this year’s “Guess the Pumpkin’s Weight” contest, is congratulated by Knights of Columbus representative Val Provencher (left).

Petry won the annual “Guess the Pumpkin’s Weight” contest, sponsored by the Knights of Columbus at Southborough’s Heritage Day. Out of 109 entries, he guessed the exact weight of 27 pounds, 4 ounces.

The pumpkin was decorated by Kate Monney, of Southborough.
