Shrewsbury Human Services to hold Thanksgiving fundraiser

Shrewsbury – Thanksgiving will soon be here and Shrewsbury Human Services Food Pantry, located at St. Anne's, is already planning to assist an estimated 600 families totaling around 1,500 Shrewsbury residents with food for Thanksgiving dinner.

Gift cards to local grocery stores in any amount would be greatly appreciated. Mail or take them to the Shrewsbury Human Services Food Pantry located at St. Anne's Church, 130 Boston Turnpike, Shrewsbury, MA 01545. Cards should be returned by Friday, Nov. 16 for distribution. Gift cards are accepted at any time of the year.

Also, consider “adopting” a family and providing them with the ingredients for a Thanksgiving meal. Monetary donations will also be accepted. Make check payable to St. Anne's Human Services.
