Westborough – The Massachusetts Organization of State Engineers and Scientists (MOSES) awarded Westborough resident Alexandra Webb, daughter of Department of Transportation member Alan Webb, the Elizabeth Brown Scholarship at its recent monthly meeting.

Webb is a student at the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in nursing. MOSES – representing 39 different Massachusetts agencies – is a group of 3,400 professional scientists and engineers working to keep the commonwealth’s citizens, and their air, water, food supplies, energy, and environment safe. Its goodwill committee allocates and distributes more than $12,500 annually to support the advanced education of its members and their families.
